1 WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

The type of personal information we collect depends on the service you request from us.

When you visit our website we may collect information about your device such as your browser type and IP address. 

When purchasing services, by phone, or email, we collect:

• Your first name and surname

• Your email address

• Your billing address/es

• Your personal or work related contact details

• Your contact and communication preferences

We do not store any of your payment details and your password(s) are encrypted, so we cannot access those. 

If you choose to have a personal Energy Solutions, Vision Life Coaching or Decisions Decisions consultation from The LED Partnership Ltd., we will collect your contact details as above. You may also need to provide us with some additional personal information in order for us to understand your health or life concerns and your background history. This may include sensitive personal data relating to health. This is fully at your discretion. and is stored and used respecting all GDPR protocols.

Records of your previous sessions, our recommendations made to you, and any correspondence with you about this can be obtained from The LED Partnership Ltd. - info@energyawareness.org . We do not record sessions, but you are welcome to record your personal sessions for your own use.

We collect data about you when you provide data by filling in forms on our site (or otherwise) or by communicating with us by post, phone, email or otherwise, including when you:

5 WHERE IS MY DATA STORED? 

Your data is kept securely within the European Economic Area (EEA). We never rent or sell your information to any other organisation, so it will never be transferred outside of this area.

6 HOW LONG DO WE STORE INFORMATION FOR?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and the applicable legal requirements.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers, for tax purposes. We continually review what information we hold and delete what is no longer required. We never store payment card information.

 7 DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 We never rent or sell your information to any other organisation, and never will. We never store payment card information. However, non-financial contact information may be visible to:

 • Our IT and system administration staff

• Our fulfillment staff who process your service request in the course of their work.
